Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following: a. Damaged/defective item is delivered b. Wrong item is delivered or the delivered item does not match your order/Sales Invoice 2. Invalid reasons for return and exchange (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines [R.A. 7394]): a. Sudden change of mind (includes change in color or model) b. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer c. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store d. Out of warranty e. Wear and tear from normal use f. Damage arising from any abuse, accidents, misapplication, modifications, or unauthorized repair 3. Requests for return or exchange must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery/receipt of the item. 4. Please make sure that the item is purchased ONLY from our Site and the original Sales Invoice is with you. An item for return or exchange must be: a. in its original packaging with original tags and labels; b. unused, in good condition as delivered (except for items found damaged/defective upon delivery/receipt); and c. accompanied by the Sales Invoice as proof of purchase 5. You may coordinate or request an item return or exchange via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. It shall be evaluated accordingly prior to approval. We will provide you the new and/or the correct item once we have verified the damage, defect, and/or mistake on your order. 6. Selected items for exchange may be of the same value as the original item being returned. For an exchange to another item of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in amount. For an exchange to another item of lower value, there will be no refund of the price difference. 7. Refund will be the last resort if the defective item under warranty can no longer be repaired or there is no longer replacement unit available at the time the warranty is being processed. The form of refund will be based on the mode of payment used upon item purchase.
